On the heels of the announcement of the proposed Hip-Hop Museum, and the City Council's proclamation to Hip-Hop legends, our picture of the week aptly displays that Hip-Hop is synonymous with the Bronx. The picture, courtesy of Edgar Santana, ESantana, was taken on Commerce Ave, by Westchester Square.

The picture features B-Boy pioneer and Bronxite, Crazy Legs of the Rock Steady Crew, which is based off of a Henry Chalfant image from the 1980s.
