Bronx Emerges as a Retail Oasis | The Wall Street Journal

We recently wrote about the construction boom in the Bronx, and now we have the Wall Street Journal solidifying that sentiment.  According to the article, at least five new malls or shopping centers are currently being developed.  This would add more than 1.4 million square feet of retail space, making it one of the nations largest retail expansions!  The article also discusses H&M's proposed Bronx location, the new malls in Riverdale and even an outlet mall in Castle Hill!!
